Flagship build

Carbon fibre bonnet

Starting with the carbon cloth, the one-off bonnet was laid up, reinforced, finished and fitted to the car. These photographs show the actual build. A repeatable mould, documented process, verified fitment and a reliable collection or delivery method are still required before commissions can open.

Replacement part

Parcel shelf hinges

Developed to replace a familiar Rover 25 and MG ZR failure point. The ABS components use a compact clamping arrangement that fits the existing parcel shelf without adhesive. The final photographs show the actual hinges installed against the original mounting points.

Scan-led development

Clip-in door speaker grilles

The original door-card speaker area was captured with scan targets, then converted into a 3D reference used to reproduce the surrounding shape and mounting position. These images document development; the product page now shows only the finished grille fitted to the car.

Future concept

Smart clock replacement module

A longer-term dashboard project combining an OEM-style enclosure with useful display and electronics work. It remains a concept until the physical fit, electronics and software are validated together.
